Terms of Service
The rules for using Reivyx and its dashboard.
1. About Reivyx
Reivyx is a Discord bot and web dashboard for managing and improving Discord communities, including the IsraelVR community. The service may provide server-management tools, welcome and verification flows, tickets and transcripts, AutoMod and anti-spam text and media scanning, anti-nuke and security tools, roles, leveling and achievements, notifications, custom commands, embed messages, backups, problem reports, a /setup command, and Multi Server dashboard management.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Reivyx or interacting with its commands, buttons, forms, bug or problem reports, ticket panels, verification systems, dashboard, or any connected feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or its dashboard.
3. Discord Rules Still Apply
Reivyx operates on Discord. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and the rules of every Discord server in which the bot is used. These terms do not replace Discord's rules or server-specific rules.
4. Proper Use
You may not abuse the bot, spam commands, exploit bugs, attempt to bypass verification or security systems, impersonate staff, attack the dashboard, overload the service, submit harmful content, or use the bot for illegal, malicious, or disruptive activity.
5. Tickets, Forms, and Server Actions
Information submitted through tickets, forms, bug or problem reports, verification flows, or bot interactions may be visible to authorized server staff and, when support is required, to the Reivyx support team. Server staff may review, manage, close, reopen, archive, or delete tickets and reports and may apply warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, role changes, or blacklist actions.
6. Dashboard Access
The dashboard is intended for server owners, administrators, and staff members who are authorized to manage the relevant server. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited. Dashboard access may be revoked at any time because of abuse, a security risk, or loss of server permissions.
7. Availability and Changes
The bot is provided as is. Features may change, stop working, be disabled, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee that the bot, dashboard, commands, embeds, ticketing, verification, AutoMod, scan results, transcripts, or notifications will always operate without errors, false positives, or downtime.
8. No Warranty
Reivyx is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, Discord outages, hosting problems, incorrect configuration, moderation mistakes, user misuse, or damage caused by using or relying on the bot.
9. Restriction or Termination
We may restrict, blacklist, remove, or block access to the bot or its features when a user or server abuses the system, breaks applicable rules, violates these terms, or creates a security or moderation risk.
10. Premium, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Premium purchases and subscriptions are offered only through Discord Premium Apps. Discord displays and processes pricing, taxes, billing, and receipts. You must read and accept the complete terms before opening the Store. You may cancel at any time in Discord under User Settings → Subscriptions → App Subscriptions; access remains active until the current billing period ends. You may submit a refund request to support within 7 calendar days of purchase. A request does not guarantee a refund, and eligibility and processing remain subject to Discord's policies and payment system. When Discord issues a refund and deletes the entitlement, Premium access is revoked automatically. A manual Premium grant from the team is not a purchase, charge, or refund.
